Miguel Tenorio possesses extensive experience in recreation and education, currently serving as a Recreation Assistant at La Park and Recreation since October 2019 and at LA County Parks & Recreation since July 2018. In addition, Miguel has held positions as an Interventionist at Step by Step and has been involved with Los Angeles Unified School District as both a Basketball Coach and Behavior Specialist since October 2014. Earlier career roles include Counselor at EXPO Fitness Center S.R.L., Transportation Manager for Special Olympics, and Associate Teacher at Para Los Niños. Miguel's diverse skill set also includes filming events, with experience dating back to 2006. Miguel holds an Associate Degree in Child Development from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, earned between 2004 and 2006.

Step 1 is our monthly strategy meeting which are held in Gosport Hampshire but can also be brought to your home for a private session. This meeting provides you with a fun way of understanding the mechanics of the mother/daughter relationship and how it effects you today. we then provide fun effective group coaching where women in business create unique and lasting bonds to not only grow as individuals, but also grow their businesses and ultimately learning the skills to coach and support their nearest and dearest as they progress through to adulthood.
