Miguel Angel Jovanie Olavarria Nazario has a diverse work experience in various industries. Miguel Angel Jovanie began their career in 2007 as an Infantry Mortarman in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2016. Following this, they worked as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician at ScaleMatrix from 2017 to 2018, where they maintained the network and installed network components. Miguel Angel Jovanie then joined Hitachi Vantara as a GCC Analyst from 2018 to 2020, where they managed ticketing operations and addressed customer requests. Miguel later joined FedEx in 2020, starting as a Command Center Agent/IT support Level 2 before being promoted to Command Center Agent/LAC-IT Level 2 Leadership and Strategy. Miguel Angel Jovanie then moved up to the role of Project/Process Analyst Senior/LAC IT Network Engineering Team, providing technical expertise and supporting project management. In 2023, they are set to join STEP CG as a Project Manager.
