Step Forward
Antoinette Hawthorne has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as the Early Childhood Education Service Manager at Step Forward since April 1998 and previously held the position of Senior Education Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Site Administrator at the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland. Antoinette earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Cleveland State University between 2007 and 2011 and an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Cuyahoga Community College from 1997 to 1999.
