Ashley Morrison, MPA, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Business Partner Coordinator at Step Forward since September 2013, where responsibilities include supervising Human Resource Business Partners and guiding management in strategic planning for over 300 staff. Previously, Ashley held various HR roles at Step Forward, including Human Resource Business Partner and HR Staffing Specialist, with expertise in talent management, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Before joining Step Forward, Ashley worked as a Financial Services Recruiter at International Market Recruiters and as an HR Generalist on a contractual basis. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Hampton University.
