Cheria Benn has extensive experience in client program support and workforce development, currently serving as Client Program Support Services at C.I.O since June 2010, where responsibilities include networking with the community to coordinate activities and providing skill development for individuals with disabilities. Concurrently, Cheria has been a Workforce Development/Employment Services Professional at Step Forward since September 1997, focusing on designing and implementing training programs and job workshops, as well as delivering job training and adult literacy instruction. Cheria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and Business Administration from Myers University/Cleveland State University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
