Lisa Payne Jones

Lisa Payne Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coordination, consulting, and marketing. Currently serving as the In Kind Coordinator at Step Forward since July 2015, Lisa has also been a Consultant for Marketing, Communications and Events since July 2011, where responsibilities include delivering employee benefits messaging and creating integrated marketing materials. Previous roles include Partnership Assistant at the U.S. Census Bureau, where exceptional productivity was recognized, and Registrar at the Shaker Heights Board of Education, where significant revenue increases were achieved. Lisa's earlier experience includes director roles and communications specialist positions in various organizations, complemented by educational credentials from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Eastern Michigan University, and Hondros College.
