Nelson Pagan

Nelson Pagan is a seasoned professional in human resources and business management with significant experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at Step Forward since August 2019, Pagan contributes to aiding low-income individuals and families in Cuyahoga County. In November 2022, Pagan founded N'Power Consulting Services, LLC, offering specialized services in data management to enhance organizational efficiency. Previous experience includes a position as a Human Resources Assistant at the VA Caribbean Health Care System from May 2007 to May 2017. Nelson Pagan is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management and holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology, all from NUC University.
