Sergey Malkov

Head Of The Enterprise Solutions Group at Step Logic

Sergey Malkov started their work experience as a Network Engineer at Big-Telecom in February 2005, where they were responsible for IP network design, Cisco switches and routers configuration, and network troubleshooting. Sergey then moved on to work as a Senior Engineer at Golden Telecom in November 2006, where they played a role in the Golden WiFi project, which included building a large urban wireless network in Moscow. In August 2008, Sergey joined Step Logic as a Senior Engineer in the Network Solution Department. Sergey later became the Head of the enterprise solutions group in November 2012.

Sergey Malkov attended the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 2001 to 2006. Sergey studied the development of radio electronic systems during their time there. In addition to their formal education, Sergey Malkov has obtained several certifications in the field of networking and telecommunications. Sergey became a Juniper Networks Certified Support Professional (JNCSP-ENT) in November 2016 and a Juniper Networks Certified Professional Enterprise Routing and Switching (JNCIP-ENT) in August 2012. Sergey also received certifications from Cisco Systems, including Cisco WiMAX Field Engineer in February 2009, Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) in November 2008, Cisco Advanced Wireless LAN for System Engineers in August 2008, and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in March 2008. Furthermore, Sergey Malkov obtained the Nortel Certified Support Specialist (NCSS) - Nortel Wireless Mesh Network Rls. 3.0 Implementation & Management certification from Nortel Networks in December 2007.
