Lucas Rabelo

Lucas Rabelo is a Coordenador de Projetos at STEP Oil & Gas since November 2023, with previous experience as a Trainee at EY from January to October 2023. Prior to this, Lucas worked as a Sales Associate at Island Ventures between November 2021 and March 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences and utilizing suggestive sales techniques. Earlier in their career, Lucas served as an Estagiário em tecnologia e processos at Vallourec from May 2019 to May 2021, focusing on process improvement and the application of Industry 4.0 principles. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, completed in December 2022.
