Rick Dennis

Rick Dennis is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and Corporate Advisor with over 35 years of experience, primarily with EY, where they held multiple leadership roles including Queensland Managing Partner. After founding Dennis Corporate Advisory, they provide consulting services to various Australian businesses. Rick currently sits on the boards of several companies, including Apiam Animal Health Limited and Energy Resources of Australia Ltd, and has served on numerous advisory boards, demonstrating significant expertise in corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions. They hold dual qualifications in law and commerce from The University of Queensland.
