Marios Georgiou BA. Hons PGCE FIRP is a seasoned education professional with over 23 years of experience in the recruitment and teaching sector. Since co-founding Step Teachers Ltd in December 2000, Marios has held the position of Chairman, overseeing a dedicated team that provides qualified teachers and support staff while maintaining an independent and family-run ethos. Prior to this, Marios worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel from September 1998 to April 2000, engaging in a comprehensive recruitment role. Educational qualifications include a PGCE in Secondary History from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and a Bachelor of Arts in History with Social Policy and Administration from the University of Roehampton.
