Niamh Doherty-Gray is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Assistant Headteacher, ARP lead, and SENCO at Cranmer Primary School since July 2015, with additional responsibilities as a Year 2 teacher. Prior roles include serving as SENDCo and a middle leader while teaching Reception, as well as various leadership positions in English, Art, and Display. Niamh has also worked as a supply teacher with Step Teachers and previously engaged in group leadership roles at ACTIV CAMPS LIMITED, focusing on sports holiday activities for children aged 4-14. Niamh completed a Masters of Education at the University of Cambridge and holds a Primary PGCE with an Early Years specialization from the same institution, along with a degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Leeds. Early education qualifications include A Levels from The London Oratory School and multiple GCSEs from St Philomena's Catholic High School for Girls.
