Tammy Priore

Tammy Priore currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Step Up, a position held since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading culture practices and providing expertise in equity, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Tammy was the HR Manager for the Western Division at Package All, overseeing HR activities across multiple states. Tammy's extensive background in human resources includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at First Mortgage Corporation, where significant advancement occurred, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Western University of Health Sciences, supporting diverse HR and facilities needs. Tammy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
