STEP-UP Solar
STEP-UP Solar is a nonprofit solar education and workforce organization based in Asbury Park, NJ. STEP-UP seeks to build a pipeline of talent by offering training and education for young people and adults to prepare them for high quality jobs in the growing solar industry. STEP-UP provides commercial and residential solar installation training in partnership with local nonprofits, community colleges, and workforce development organizations.
