Vivianne Bohorques

Vivianne Bohorques is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Step Up since April 2022, Vivianne directs finance and operations while executing the organization's strategic growth plan. Previously, as a Consultant at Q-Q Research; L.M. Genuine Solutions, contributions included strategic support for community projects and establishing public/private partnerships. As Chief Operations Officer and Director of Innovation at The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County, leadership efforts enhanced operational efficiency and fostered a positive organizational culture. Prior roles at City Year included Regional Impact Director and Managing Director, where Vivianne guided multiple cities in improving educational outcomes and implemented impactful programming. Additional experience includes directing educational policy for the City of Miami and a background in mathematics education at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Vivianne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Florida International University.
