Dmitry Shingarev

Dmitry Shingarev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dmitry is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of StepAfter, Inc., a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, Dmitry co-founded Flow Health, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer from January 2018 until February 2023, and as the Chief Software Architect from August 2014 to December 2017. Dmitry was also the CEO of EigenGraph from December 2015 to July 2017, overseeing a team of skilled software engineers. Dmitry's work history includes a role as the VP of Technology - Russia at Maker's Brand Inc from December 2015 to December 2016. Dmitry began their career as a Software Developer and Outsourcing Contractor, specializing in iOS mobile and Ruby on Rails web development, from August 2010 to August 2014. Dmitry also co-founded Planergize Limited in July 2010 and worked as a Research Associate at DERI from August 2007 to July 2010.

Dmitry Shingarev obtained a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Tomsk Polytechnic University. In addition, they obtained a certification in Bioinformatics Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2017.
