Emily Zarefsky currently serves as an R&D Portfolio Manager for Global Innovation & Strategy at Stepan Company, where responsibilities include overseeing global portfolio growth, aligning project priorities across business units, and driving innovation best practices. With a background as an R&D Senior Organic Synthetic Chemist, Emily has successfully led strategic projects, including the implementation of Microsoft Teams for over 2000 employees and the development of a New Product Introduction process across multiple global manufacturing sites. Emily's project management skills have been honed through various roles at Stepan Company, while previous experience as a Science Instructor at Lake Forest Academy provided foundational teaching skills.
