Sharon Purnell

Sharon Purnell, MSOD, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Stepan Company and is an HR Advisor for Verde Associates. With extensive experience in human resources, Purnell has held leadership positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Streamland Media, Vice President of Human Resources at Riddell, and Global HR Director at UL, where responsibilities included strategic HR activities and integration for multiple acquisitions. Purnell's earlier roles included senior HR management at Honeywell Aerospace and GE Energy, further enhancing expertise in global HR operations and employee engagement.
