Charlotte Chambers

Charlotte Chambers is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT service delivery and eCommerce technology. Currently serving as CTIO at StepChange Debt Charity since March 2023, Charlotte previously held multiple senior roles at Asda, including Senior Director of eCommerce Technology, where Charlotte led significant transformation initiatives and established the Service Design & Transition function. With a solid foundation in operational management gained at North Yorkshire County Council and British Airways, Charlotte has a background in application programming and system support encompassing various platforms and technologies. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford.
