Gail Arkle

Gail Arkle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and communications across various industries. Currently holding the roles of Chief Growth Officer, Director of Client Experience, and Head of Insight, Strategy, and Business Development at StepChange Debt Charity, Gail has previously served in leadership positions at companies such as ENGIE, Arvato UK, Coats, and Madhouse Associates. With a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Northumbria University and additional education from University of Hull and CIM, Gail is also currently pursuing further education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
