Nicola Sandom

Nicola Sandom is an accomplished Risk Manager with over a decade of experience in the financial and charitable sectors. Since November 2012, Nicola has held various roles at StepChange Debt Charity, including Risk Analyst and Team Leader. Prior to this, Nicola served as Assistant Manager at West One from November 2011 to November 2012, and worked as a Recruiter at Covance between June 2010 and October 2011. Additional experience includes a position as Store Manager at Cocolatte and as a Mortgage Advisor at Santander UK from September 2005 to November 2008. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in English and History from the University of Leeds, obtained from 1999 to 2002.
