Jan N. Flemming

Jan N. Flemming currently serves as Einrichtungsleitung at Stephanus-Stiftung since April 2023 and has been a Sozialarbeiter since October 2016. In addition, Jan N. Flemming operates a consultancy and coaching business since August 2015, focusing on systemic coaching and supervision, recognized by DGSv. Previous roles include Wohnstättenleitung at Albert Schweitzer Stiftung - Wohnen & Betreuen from 2021 to 2023 and Co-Founder and Leitung of Frühkindliche Bildungseinrichtung Friedenau from August 2012 to October 2020. Jan N. Flemming holds a Bachelor degree from the Catholic University of Applied Social Sciences Berlin, a qualification as Systemischer Coach & Supervisor from Bakd, and various certifications in social education and management from recognized institutions. Currently engaged in mindfulness education, Jan N. Flemming is also training as an MBSR Lehrer at Achtsamkeitszentrum Berlin.
