Victoria Laviano has a diverse work experience in the field of education and marketing. Victoria has served as a Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher at Stephen Gaynor School, where they developed curriculum, taught reading and mathematics groups, and collaborated with specialists and therapists. Victoria also worked as a One-to-One Mentor at Bergen County Special Services, providing support and co-teaching in a classroom for children with disabilities. Additionally, Victoria has experience in public relations as the Director of Public Relations at SU DanceWorks, as well as alumni relations as the Director of Lifetime Membership at Tri Delta sorority. Victoria has also worked as a Student Teacher at Syracuse University, gaining experience in special education classrooms and facilitating CSE meetings. Victoria has interned in the Human Resources and Marketing departments at HomeWell Care Services. Victoria has also served as a Pre-Service Teacher at Syracuse University Remote Field Placement, Salem Hyde Elementary School, and Cicero Elementary School. Furthermore, Victoria has worked as a Literacy Tutor at Seymour Elementary School.
Victoria Laviano attended Northern Highlands Regional High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing high school, they enrolled at Syracuse University in 2018 and is expected to graduate in 2022. At Syracuse University, Victoria is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education Teaching.
