Carla Treais is an experienced automotive professional with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as Aftersales Manager and previously as Service Manager at Stephen James BMW & MINI since October 2011, Carla has demonstrated leadership and expertise in aftersales operations. Prior to this, Carla held the position of Service Reception Manager at Stephen James Blackheath from November 2008 to October 2011 and was Service Team Manager at Stephen James Bromley from February 2007 to September 2008. Earlier experience includes working as a Service Advisor at Ford Motor Company from July 2002 to July 2004. Carla holds a Diploma in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary from Coulsdon College, completed between 2001 and 2002, and attended Edenham from 1996 to 2001.
