Melissa Kaygisiz has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, beginning as a Ground Crew member at Ryanair from 2001 to 2002. Following this role, Melissa worked at Toyota as a Service Advisor from 2002 to 2008, and then transitioned to Lexus, where positions included Service Advisor and PDI Workshop Manager from 2007 to 2011. Since February 2011, Melissa has been employed at Stephen James BMW, currently serving as a Corporate Sales Administrator and previously as a Bodyshop Advisor. Melissa completed education at Sanders Draper from 1994 to 1999.
