Grant Sanders

Grant Sanders is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and operational management within law firms. Currently serving as a Partner and Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) at Stephen Rimmer LLP since January 2018, Grant is responsible for ensuring compliance systems and practices are effectively implemented across the firm. Previous roles at Stephen Rimmer LLP included Practice Manager and a progression through various positions including Office Junior and Paralegal. Additionally, Grant spent eight years at Co-op Legal Services as Operations Manager, overseeing case management and implementing best practices for legal quality and compliance.
