Ray Feidt possesses extensive experience in the crane industry, currently serving as a Committee Member for the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators since 2012, focusing on enhancing crane inspector certification standards. Since March 1985, Ray has held the position of Corporate Inspection/Training Manager at Stephenson Equipment, Inc., a leading distributor of construction equipment offering various services including crane inspections and operator training. Additionally, Ray served as Past President and Board Member of the Crane Certification Association of America, working to elevate industry standards. Previous roles include Past RAC Committee Member with ASME and Past Chairman of the Pennsylvania State Board of Crane Operators, contributing significantly to regulatory oversight. Ray began a career in the early 1980s as a Crane Operator at Bethlehem Steel after obtaining a diploma in Drafting from Thompson Institute and an earlier diploma from Halifax High School.
