Since March 1985, Ray has held the position of Corporate Inspection/Training Manager at Stephenson Equipment, Inc., a leading distributor of construction equipment offering various services including crane inspections and operator training. Additionally, Ray served as Past President and Board Member of the Crane Certification Association of America, working to elevate industry standards.
