Victoria Johnston

Victoria Johnston currently serves as Chief Of Staff at Stephenson Harwood LLP, a position held since March 2003, where direct collaboration with the CEO and the Global Leadership Team is key to executing the firm's strategic objectives. Prior roles include Head of Learning and Development, where Victoria led the global training strategy and partnered with various groups to enhance professional development, and Training Manager, focusing on core and management skills programs at John Lewis.
