Josh Goodrich

Joshua Goodrich is an experienced education leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Steplab since September 2020, where a focus is placed on teacher coaching and professional development. Prior roles include Founder and CEO of Powerful Action Steps, National Lead for CPD at Oasis Multi Academy Trust, and Assistant Principal at Oasis Academy Southbank. Joshua's teaching background includes positions as Secondary English Teacher at St Andrews International School in Thailand and English Teacher & Initial Teacher Training Lead at Aim: London Academy. Educational qualifications include a PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church University, an MA in Political Science from The University of Manchester, and a BA in Philosophy and Politics from the same institution.
