Ian Batchelor Aciob

Ian Batchelor ACIOB is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Contract Manager at Stepnell since May 2021, Ian previously held the position of Executive Board - Director of Construction at ODS, where leadership focused on enhancing construction and building services in Oxford. With a significant tenure at J.B. Leadbitter & Co. Limited as Head of Special Projects and various management roles in companies such as Knowles & Son Oxford and Bouygues UK, Ian is proficient in project delivery, cost management, and health and safety compliance. A strong foundation in strategic business development stems from earlier roles, including Senior Partner at D & I Batchelor. Ian’s career initiated with an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, complemented by academic qualifications from Buckinghamshire New University.
