Alexa Bol

Alexa Bol currently serves as the Regional Program Development Officer for West Africa at Samaritan's Purse and has held the position of Director of Co-design and Knowledge Exchange at Stepped Care Solutions since July 2021. With a strong focus on co-design, implementation science, and knowledge translation, Alexa leads initiatives aimed at fostering system change in the mental health and substance use sectors, prioritizing knowledge equity and elevating lived experiences. Previous roles include Manager at the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Community Developer at various organizations including Oakville Parent-Child Centre, and Projects Manager at ANIDA. Alexa holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Global Health Challenges from The University of Edinburgh, a Program Evaluation Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Master of Arts in Integrated Studies from Athabasca University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa.
