Dana Warren, MSW, RSW, serves as a Practice Consultant at Stepped Care Solutions and is a Co-Founder, Counsellor, and Consultant at Precipice Counselling & Consulting. With extensive experience in clinical leadership and counselling, Dana held the role of Clinical Team Lead at St. John's Status of Women's Council, overseeing various counselling services and implementing evidence-based practices. Previous positions include work as a Coach/Counsellor at DMW Coaching and Counselling, Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge, and roles in research and training with multiple organizations. Dana's academic credentials include two Master's degrees in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor's degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, supplemented by a certificate in Life Coaching.
