Danielle Sparklin

Director, Audience Services & Audience Experience at Steppenwolf Theatre Company

Danielle Sparklin has a long history of working in the customer service and sales industry. Danielle began their career at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in 2011, where they worked their way up to Group Sales and Ticket Services Manager. In 2015, they left to take a position as Supervisor of Ticketing and Sales at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. After a year at the CSO, Danielle took a position as Manager of Data and Patron Services at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, where they worked for four years before taking their current position as Director of Audience Services and Audience Experience at Steppenwolf Theatre Company.

Danielle Sparklin has a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

Some direct reports include Kristina Newcomb - Audience Experience Associates, Morgan Braithwaite - Audience Experience Associates, and Mattew Schufrieder - Audience Services Associates. They are on a team with Polly Hubbard - Director of New Play Development, Daisy Lindas - Costume Director, and Jenny Diluciano - Properties Director. Danielle Sparklin reports to Audrey Francis, Co-Artistic Director.
