Steppin' Up Physical Therapy
Riley Miller is an experienced physical therapist currently working at Steppin' Up Physical Therapy since June 2021. Previously, Riley served as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute from August 2019 to May 2021. An early career in leadership began with an intern position as a campaign manager at Imperial Solutions, Inc. during the summer of 2016. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Anderson University. Additional roles prior to the physical therapy profession include tutoring anatomy and physiology, personal training, and various positions in assembly and management.

Steppin’ Up Physical Therapy was founded by Jason Hazelett in 2004. He has extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and is fluent in Spanish. Jason has provided physical therapy services in the Fort Wayne area since 1998. An avid health and fitness proponent, Jason ensures that each patient recieves a well-rounded approach to physical wellness.
