Jay Ehmke is a Service Desk Engineer at Stepping Forward Technology. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Greystone Technology from December 2016 to August 2021. There, they worked closely with clients to pinpoint IT weaknesses, fortify networks, and plan for the future. Jay also led a Team of two FTEs to handle break-fix issues.

Before Greystone, Jay was a Field Service Contractor at Twin Eagle Consulting, LLC from July 2013 to December 2016. There, they performed technical field services related to microwave telecommunications.

Jay's first job out of college was as a Cased-Hole Wireline Field Engineer at Halliburton from October 2010 to October 2012. There, they were in charge of 4 FTEs working 12 hour shifts for 14 days on and 7 days off.

Jay Ehmke began their educational career by obtaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Electronic Systems Technology from Southeast Community College-Milford. Jay then went on to specialize in the field of Electronic Systems Technology.
