Zak Collins is a Service Desk Engineer at Stepping Forward Technology. Zak has been with the company since April 2021. Prior to that, they were with Bits And Bibles, Heartbeat Ministries International, WRF Ragdolls, and Friendship Christian Fellowship. Zak was also the manager of The Meeting Place Cafe from August 2015 to August 2016. In addition to their work at Stepping Forward Technology, Zak has also been with Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. since June 2018 as their IT Support Specialist. There, they manage their Google Workspace, Active Directory, and Office 365; they also manage their Verizon, AT&T, and US Cellular contracts for 500+ lines alongside cellular management vendor 360 Mobility. Additionally, they manage their Zendesk along with designing Knowledge Base and creating written and video content; they also manage their Workspace One, Apple Business Account, and Dell Premier Account. Furthermore, Zak is responsible for managing their IT inventory and IT inventory budget, as well as their Square Point of Sale. Lastly, they create standard configurations for computers and creates standard Windows 10 images to deploy on them.
Zak Collins has a high school diploma from High Country Home Educators, an associates degree in Biblical Theology from Charis Bible College Colorado, and certification from CompTIA in IT Operations Specialist, A+, and Network +. Zak is currently enrolled in a one year program at Charis Bible College in the Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology field.
