Bianca Passero is an experienced educator and director with a strong commitment to equity in education. Currently serving as the Director of The Academy and Academy Advisor at Steppingstone, Bianca works with 5th and 6th graders in Boston, helping them navigate the transition to middle school. Bianca's prior experience includes roles as a 4th Grade Inclusion Teacher with Boston Public Schools and a Graduate Intern at Thomas Edison K-8 School, focusing on differentiated instruction for diverse student needs. Additionally, Bianca has held multiple student teaching positions spanning grades 1 to 3, and has contributed as a Summer Teaching Fellow with Breakthrough Greater Boston, inspiring underserved middle school students in science. Bianca holds a Master's degree in Moderate Special Needs and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Boston College.
