Emma Kuechler is an experienced professional in marketing and dance education with a robust background in email marketing, event coordination, and group fitness instruction. Currently serving as an Email Marketing Associate at Steps On Broadway, Emma develops and optimizes marketing programs, manages email segmentation strategies, and conducts engagement analysis. Previous roles include Dance Instructor at Excel Dance Centre, where Emma prepared and executed diverse dance classes, and Group Fitness Instructor at both the WMU Student Recreation Center and Evolve Yoga and Fitness, focusing on motivating clients of varying abilities. Emma's leadership experience includes serving as President of the WMU Campus Activities Board, overseeing student-centered events and communication. Classes are offered seven days a week at all levels in ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, tap, theater dance, hip hop, ethnic, and body conditioning. Steps is the true epicenter of New York’s professional dance community. It is home to many of the best and most world-renowned teachers, and a training ground for generations of aspiring and professional dancers. On any given day, one may take class alongside today’s performers and seasoned veterans from concert dance companies, such as New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Paris Opera, Kirov and Royal Ballets, Boston Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Complexions, and Martha Graham, as well as the opera, Broadway, and the commercial dance world. Steps is a celebrated space. It’s a state-of-the-art facility with an old-world ambiance and a steady pulse of passion, energy, and inspiration. It is a cultural hub, an artistic resource, and a cosmopolitan treasure.
