Joe Linhares

Joe Linhares serves as the Partner and Global Head of Business Development at StepStone Group since March 2023. Previously, Joe Linhares held the position of Managing Director at Russell Investments from April 2017 to March 2023 and at BlackRock from April 2000 to June 2016. Joe Linhares holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Fordham University, completed between 1990 and 1992, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from Arizona State University, earned from 1984 to 1988.
