Talisha Riggs

Talisha Riggs is the Senior Associate General Counsel at StepStone Group, where they represent sponsors of investment funds across various asset classes, providing guidance on structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs. They have advised major institutional investors throughout the investment process, covering due diligence, negotiation, and documentation. Talisha holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where they graduated in 2015. Previously, they gained legal experience through positions at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, Kirkland & Ellis, and Latham & Watkins, as well as internships with the Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC and the University of Pennsylvania.
