Kristina Randorf has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Kristina is currently the Regional Vice President of Revenue Management at StepStone Hospitality, where they oversee the revenue management strategy for six properties. Prior to that, they worked as the Area Director of Revenue Management at Sage Hospitality, managing revenue for three properties in Austin, Texas. Kristina also has experience as the Area Director of Revenue at Morgans Hotel Group, where they managed revenue for multiple hotels, and as the Director of Revenue & Front Office Operations at Millennium Harvest House Boulder. Earlier in their career, they worked at DoubleTree by Hilton as the Director of Operations & Revenue Management and at Omni Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Services Manager. Kristina has a proven track record of increasing RevPAR and total hotel profitability.
Kristina Randorf, CRME has a diverse education history. Kristina obtained a Career Diploma in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Penn Foster University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they also earned a Career Diploma in Professional Bridal Consultant from Penn Foster Group between 2006 and 2008. Kristina attended Abilene Christian University from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Business Management but did not obtain a degree. Kristina completed their high school education at Hyland Christian from 1992 to 1996, receiving a High School diploma.
In addition to their formal education, Kristina has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Kristina completed the "Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management: Pricing and Demand Strategies" certification at Cornell University in August 2020. Kristina also obtained certifications in "Hospitality Manager: Leadership" from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, "Hospitality and Tourism Management" from Florida Atlantic University, "Concerto" from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), "OnQ R&I" from Hilton, "RMAC" from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), "RMEC" from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), and "Hospitality Awareness and Terminology Certification" from Expert Rating Global Certifications. These certifications were obtained between 2011 and 2020.
