Previously, Katherine founded Sparkling HR Consulting, providing cost-effective HR services to small businesses, and directed human resources at Eye Associates of Central Texas, focusing on workforce development and retention strategies. Katherine’s career began as a Corporate Recruiter at Cornerstone Healthcare Group, specializing in talent acquisition for healthcare professionals.
