Nadine Wiegratz

Nadine Wiegratz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nadine has most recently been with The Stepstone Group, where they served as a Team Lead in Employer Branding. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager (Corporate HR) at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

In 2021, Nadine joined g.co/IamRemarkable as an #IamRemarkable facilitator. This role involved hosting workshops and serving as an ambassador for the initiative, which aimed to empower women and underrepresented groups in sharing their achievements.

Before that, Nadine worked at METRO AG in various roles. Nadine was a Manager of Global Employer Branding in the Global Talent Management & Recruiting department from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Specialist in Employer Branding & Recruiting in the Corporate Talent Management, Leadership & Change division from 2014 to 2016.

Additionally, Nadine had a personnel development specialist role at METRO LOGISTICS in 2013, and they were an Assistant Project Manager in HR Transformation at METRO AG from 2011 to 2013. Before joining METRO AG, they worked as a Junior Inhouse Consultant in Data Quality Management at Metro Systems in 2010.

Nadine's early work experience includes a trainee position in Personalentwicklung und Führungskräftebestzung at METRO Deutschland GmbH in 2009, an internship in International Personnel Policy at METRO AG in 2009, a partner assistant role at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2008, and a management trainee position at Enterprise from 2007 to 2008.

Nadine Wiegratz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in European Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, they obtained the certification of "Personalreferentin (IHK)" from the Industrie- und Handelskammer zu Essen.

Throughout their career, Nadine has also pursued various additional certifications. In 2015, they completed the certification in "World Class Employer Branding" from the Employer Branding Academy. In 2019, they obtained the certification of "Expert in Storytelling" from HPS Training and the certification in "Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behaviour" from London Business School.

In 2021, Nadine completed the certification course on "Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity" from the University of Colorado and "The Science of Well-Being" from Yale University. In 2022, they obtained the certification in "Leadership in a Technology Driven World" from Imperial College Executive Education.

Additionally, in 2021 they acquired the "Peakon Certified Administrator" certification from Peakon, a Workday company.
