Sophie Moloney

Sophie Moloney is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of PMO at The Stepstone Group since May 2023, Sophie previously held several key roles at FARFETCH from June 2015 to April 2023, including Senior People Integrations Manager, where responsibilities included HR due diligence and leading integration programs post-acquisition. Prior to FARFETCH, Sophie was involved in talent acquisition and recruitment management, holding positions at handle recruitment and Page Personnel. Sophie holds a BA (Hons) 2.1 in French with German from the University of Warwick and has pursued further education in HR Mergers & Acquisitions at the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances.
