Kurt Dettinger

Kurt Dettinger is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and government service. Since July 2012, Kurt has served as a member of the Executive Committee and as a Member at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC. Prior to this role, Kurt was the General Counsel for the Office of West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin from November 2010 to May 2012. Kurt's legal career also includes tenure at Lewis Glasser Casey & Rollins, PLLC, where Kurt worked as a Member and Associate from May 2003 until November 2010. Kurt holds a Juris Doctor degree from WVU College of Law (2003) and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Marshall University (1996).
