Dana Peterson

Dana Peterson is a Customer Service Operations Analyst at Stericycle, having progressed from roles including Team Lead for Corporate Account Sales Support to Customer Service Representative since joining in November 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Northern Illinois University from August 2016 to May 2018, supporting professors in the Department of Sociology and the College of Business. Earlier, Dana held a part-time position as a Sales Associate at Theory from January 2013 to April 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology and dual Bachelor's degrees in English and Sociology, all obtained from Northern Illinois University between 2012 and 2018, following completion of secondary education at Plainfield High School.
