Jillian Pender Harla, MSC, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Stericycle since 2021, Jillian previously held positions including Global Talent Attraction Leader at bp and multiple progressive roles at CareerBuilder, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition strategies and programs. Jillian began the career as a Recruiter Intern at Lynn Hazan & Associates. Jillian holds a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from DePaul University.
