Matthew Kochanny

Matthew Kochanny, MSHRM, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Stericycle since August 2015, where roles have included Payroll Tax Specialist, Lead HR Service Coordinator, and HRIS Associate. Responsibilities encompass entering new hire information into ADP, processing payroll adjustments, collaborating with the payroll department on retro payments, and managing new hire paperwork. Prior to Stericycle, Matthew worked as an HRIS Temp at Aerotek Staffing, a Human Resources Assistant at MBX Systems, and gained foundational experience through an HR internship at Clearbrook. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University and an Associate of Arts from Harper College.
