Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones has extensive experience in customer service and advocacy within the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Carenet Health since December 2022, following the acquisition of Stericycle's ComSol Division. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Senior Patient Experience Advocate at Stericycle from September 2015, transitioning to remote work in March 2020. Other positions include multiple customer service roles at ValueOptions, Inc., a 911 Dispatcher for Coppell Police Department, and various positions in education and transportation.
