Giuseppe Ritaccio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and regulatory affairs within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at Sterigenics since September 2015, Giuseppe oversees the Fleurus site, focusing on long-term profitability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Giuseppe held senior leadership roles in environmental health and safety at GSK, where responsibilities included creating and managing EHS strategies, overseeing regulatory compliance, and leading substantial operational teams. Earlier career roles included Chemical Plant Director at UCB Pharma and Site Director at ImmucorGamma Benelux, among others, each underscoring a commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. Giuseppe holds a Master’s degree in Management from Ichec Brussels Management School and dual Master’s degrees in Safety Officer and Chemical Engineering from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons.
